Youth Ministry Mission Statement Cherished, Challenged, and Encouraged In Christ's name, at Trinity Lutheran Church, all Children and Youth are cherished as gifts from God, challenged to grow in their faith, and encouraged to live lives of joyful discipleship. Cherished - Through nurturing and respect Trinity's Children and Youth Ministry will provide a safe, fun, and positive sanctuary for young people and their families to explore, experience, and affirm who they are as Children of God. Challenged - Trinity's Children and Youth Ministry will provide thoughtful opportunities for young people to grow in their faith in Jesus Christ through Bible Study, Discussion Groups, Fellowship, Worship and other related activities such as Children's Hour, Kid's Club and Youth Group. Encouraged - Trinity's Children and Youth Ministry will encourage young people to lead lives of joyful discipleship through the discovery and sharing of gifts and talents, outreach to the community, witness to others, and involvement in worship and the life of the Church.
